Meaningful Interaction

Studies show that meaningful social interaction not only brightens the spirit, but provides health benefits as well, helping to counteract everything from depression to physical illness. For adults with mild to moderate memory loss, Good Day Respite offers interactive and stimulating activities in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Good Day Respite

Good Day Respite is an adult day program serving individuals with mild to moderate memory loss or dementia and supporting their caregivers. A variety of activities engage and enrich participants, and they may engage in these activities as much or as little as they wish. Respite also provides the caregivers of participating individuals the ‘time off’ that is essential to their health and well being, as well as a Caregiver Support Group that meets periodically during Respite hours.

"I have such praise and gratitude for the Good Day Respite program that my husband attends weekly. The program offers me time to care for myself, knowing he is safe and happy there. I just can’t say enough about what this program provides to the many caregivers like myself.."
