Bereavement support can be a vital resource in re-formulating our sense of ourselves and our life. Bereavement support can help a person to gain understanding about their bereavement journey and also gain insight and strength to adjust to life’s new normal.

For those who have experienced the death of someone who was cared for by Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice we offer:

  • 14-month follow-up bereavement program
  • Monthly bereavement newsletter - Journeys
  • Monthly bereavement support letter
  • Visits and phone contact from members of our hospice team

We offer everyone in the community bereavement support in the following ways:

  • Bereavement support groups
  • Bereavement literature from our library

Our Team

The interdisciplinary Hospice and Bereavement team is made up of compassionate, competent professionals who are trained and have extensive experience caring for bereaved persons of all ages.
