Craft Fair and Hospice Dinner
November Events to Benefit Hospice Care
November is Hospice and Palliative Care Month, which means the 11th Annual Craft Fair and the 28th Annual Hospice Dinner are right around the corner. Both events are held each year to benefit Hospice Care at Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice (LSRVNA).
This year’s Craft Fair will be held on Saturday, November 5 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Kearsarge Community Presbyterian Church at 82 King Hill Road (Route 11) in New London. The event will feature unique crafts for every taste, raffles, food, music, a cookie walk and a silent auction, all in support of Hospice Care. Event organizer and LSRVNA employee, Cheyrl Fogwill, encourages everyone to “come check out our new look this year!” For more information, call 526-4077.
The annual Hospice Dinner will take place on Wednesday, November 16 at 6:00 pm at The Millstone at 74 Main Street in New London. This elegant evening to honor and benefit Hospice Care is $50 per person and includes hors-d’oeuvres, dinner choice of salmon, beef or vegetarian, and a complimentary cocktail. RSVP to 526-4077 by November 11.
